Deben por tanto antes de consumir espirulina consultar con su médico o profesional dietetico y establecer la idoneidad de consumir alga espirulina y la dosis adecuada.

Valor nutricional de la espirulina

La spirulina tiene ácidos grasos poliinsaturados omega 3 y omega 6, clorofila, fitoquímicos, posee los 8 aminoácidos esenciales (proteína vegetal), todas las vitaminas liposolubles e hidrosolubles (A, del grupo B, D, E y K) y minerales como yodo, potasio, hierro, fósforo, magnesio y azufre.   • Un ligero mareo
